Synopsis

The training is designed to equip candidates to conceive, develop, produce, propagate digital content on our platform and social media.

First of all you are familiarised with our platform and the tools we use; familiarised with strategies and methodologies of social media as well as looking at best practice and case studies.

Secondly you are given instruction on content writing by studying and discussing related content; Conception of a theme and developing content within a framework and moving towards creation.

Thirdly you are given instruction on media production, video editing and post production tools.

Fourthly you are given instruction on customer service and confidence building with role play and communication skills improvement.

Fifthly you are then given instruction on how to think like an entrepreneur, and how to generate leads.

Finally you are given instruction on how to manage the administration of the above, how to measure, evaluate and modify strategies.

The monitoring and evaluation is done instantly utilising our in-house analytics & verified by Google Analytics.

The metrics and dimensions measured are set and can be adjusted to suit.

They measure visits, time, location, device, operating system, demographics, (age, sex, occupation) penetration, conversion, sales, ROI, returning vs new visitors, tail off overall effectiveness of campaigns can then be evaluated against the individual effort and sales generated as a result.
